We are very proud of our team; we want to shine a light on this year's graduating seniors!!
Our first senior spotlight from the 2025-2026 season is #33 Patrick Croft. Whether on the ice or off the ice, this was one guy who made an impact. When asked, Patrick has given us his take on the time he spent on EHC and what his future plans look like...
"Hi I'm Patrick Croft, and I played on EHC for my senior year. I really enjoyed playing with the team, it was less of a team and more of a family. I had a blast at all times being a part of this team. There was a lot of events we did off ice such as team dinners, and holiday parties. I enjoyed being able to joke around and have fun while still being a competitive team with an entire group of guys that would back me up on anything. Through playing with EHC I was given the opportunity to play college club hockey. I am committed to Elmira College for environmental science, and I will be continuing my career in both soccer and club hockey.
I am so grateful for the experiences I got to share with all of my teammates and coaches. These are the guys that I will be friends with for life, and it wouldn't be possible without EHC."
Congrats Patrick and best of luck in all you do! We will miss you, but look forward to seeing you at the alumni game!
Second spotlight goes to #88 Carter Green!
Carter begin his hockey journey following in his brothers footsteps. He started as a goalie at age 3 and realized he wanted to score goals and that he did. He took on #52 after his favorite player and scored countless goals, countless championships and a reputation that far preceded himself. Then his older brother graduated and the decision to play high-school became his and when he finally decided to play the next choice was do I keep 52 or do I carry on the legacy of 88! He chose 88 and the road was not always easy but he persevered and wore that number with pride. 88 is a family number and the Green boys have worn it with strength and determination. When you put on that jersey you are not just representing your team you are representing yourself and your family. My greatest joy has been playing hockey with the boys, and after graduation when I hang up my skates to enter the work force I will remember these moments.
