Our journey, our passion, our community
Welcome to the Elmira Hockey Club! We want to share our story with you, let you know what we stand for, who we are, and our ultimate goals for growth. Join us as we build a stronger community through the spirit of hockey. We're glad you're here to be a part of our story.

Who we are and what we stand for
The Elmira Hockey Club is an independent, co-educational high school varsity-level program. We represent student athletes from Elmira, Horseheads, Corning, Notre Dame, and surrounding school districts.
We compete in the Broome County High School Hockey Association (BCHSHA) and participate in the NYSAHA High School State Championship through USA Hockey.
While we are not affiliated with a single school district, we operate with the same expectations as a varsity program both on and off the ice.
The goal is to provide local student athletes with a high-level hockey experience, one that mirrors what is often only available in more expensive AAA or Academy style programs. All the while still representing their schools and community.
Our focus:
* On ice skill development
* Hockey IQ and system understanding
*Strength and conditioning
*Video review and player feedback
* Preparation for junior and college opportunities
Academics are a core part of our program. All players are required to maintain a minimum 70 GPA to participate. We strongly believe accountability in the classroom translates directly to discipline, responsibility, and performance on the ice.
Our mission remains, provide the local student athletes the opportunity to compete at a high level, develop themselves both as players and as people, all while representing the Elmira region with pride.
